The TOS Summer Program will be held in Los Baños, the province of Laguna. TOS participants will be accommodated at the SEARCA Guesthouse within the University of the Philippines, Los Baños (UPLB) campus for the duration of the program. The SEARCA Guesthouse was built by the Japanese government to house visiting international scholars. Accomodations will be two to three students per room, air-conditioned with private toilet/bath. All meals will be provided. The UPLB campus is safe, readily accessible to Manila (2 hour drive), and is at the scenic foothills of Mt. Makiling, surrounded by farms and forests. For medical needs, TOS students can go to the UP Los Baños infirmary, a short five-minute ride from the SEARCA Guesthouse. There are also two hospitals in the university town of Los Baños that are readily accessible.
